After you make contact with us, we will be back in touch within 24 hours to discuss your brief and arrange a good time to come to your site to have a look at what you propose. During the initial phone call we will discuss with you what you had in mind for your office. We will then arrive within one to two working days to meet you, and find out more about the job.  We only send members from our project management team – no pushy salesmen. We only send members of staff who have the expertise to be able to give you the best advice.  During the meeting we will also take measurements and do a quick site survey.

After the meeting we will endeavour to send you the quote within one week.  This will include our best price possible that we can do the job for.  We use local manufacturers to keep our prices down so our first quote is our best!
